"Calling is always good normally. I am not going to penalize the person I spoke with. However in Nov. of 2023. I called to have car rental put on my policy and it was not done. I am not happy at all about this!!"

"I had a couple of bad experiences with State Farm at Bob's office a few years ago by calling and calls not being returned having to take a tow receipt in when you use to just have to call, give them the name of the tow company and ticket number and they refunded to you. This time my call was returned within 30 minutes, the gentleman wanted to address what I had said in the messages I had left about calls not being returned which he assured me was not the case and there was always someone in the office during business hours. Then he asked why i was calling, addressed the issue I was calling about and was a of help. So service has greatly Improved at that location."
